On our front page we noted that we would be on holiday until this past Monday and as a result some of our support responses have been delayed. Sorry for the inconvenience!

I assume you're referring to the thread about battles locking up. Did you try the suggestion of setting all your graphics settings to minimum?

I am referring to all the threads ignored since at least the 18th of December.

I turned it down. However since you claim that board should work with it, how about YOU figure out why it does not? OR change the listed specifications on the game.

Can you please attach your DxDiag file? I know you already gave your basic specs but the problem may illuminate itself with a closer look.

It is a known issue that appeared after release.  The Developer is working on a fix for this, and we will release a patch as soon as we are able to.
