Here Jenny Jenny Jenny....
I got something here for you....a whoopin' stick with your name on it.
I know, I know....the new guy talkin' smack to the vet. Probably get my @ss handed to me on a platter
....but hey, you got to be positive going into these things.
Anyeay, still waiting for the terms of battle though and looking forward to the fight.
Hope you aren't out there creating some death trap scenario ( your own version of the "Kuba-Yashi-Maru" test from Star Trek...the training simulation that couldn't be won):D Don't ask me why that has always stuck with me...and I'm not really a big fan of the movies or show.
Anyway....here I wait.

Orzel can be foolish...
in that he likes the under-dog side of a battle/campaign. Not the way to rack up a lot of wins...but always a challenge.
I hven't been the Russians yet...so I guess that would be a new spin on things.

Dang Whipper Snapper....who said anything about giving up?
The Orzel is not giving up anything...he welcomes a good brawl. Why when I was young.....

False Bravado and Propoganda mean nothing to me...
I went to Barnes & Nobles and picked up the book "101 ways to cook Jess's forces". Rather interesting book...hope to use it real soon! :p

Here come the Bolsheviks...
...scooting along a flank with those blasted monster SPA/SPG's of theirs. Whatever shall I do?:) Oh my, oh my...
Elsewhere...hmm one Recon AFV hit as soon as it moved. That would mean Jenny got up close and personal pretty quick... it was fairly wooded terrain, so it had to be a close in shot. Jenny wouldn't be thinking of trying to "bullrush" Ole Orzel and go for the quick kill? Nah....that's not his MOP.
As for the glider....don't pay it any attention. It was a weather observation flight...taking scientific readings that's all. It just happened to stray off course and then went too low and crashed into the treeline. Crew is dead...shouldn't be any fuss...we figure small loss there since they must have been two idiots to have hit a tree in the first place.
Well, guess my panzer crews will continue to clean their long 75's for another turn...

~~~Dad to Jenny, Dad to Jenny~~~~
Hi Dad!
~~~How goes the fight dear?~~~
Not much to report dad, Mr. Baily is as scared as you said he would be, you should see all the pretty colors of my dust as my 152s cross the open field...
~~~Anything weird or new weapon types?~~~
Na, not really dad, oh..I did see an 88 try a couple pot shots at one of my 152s, and it looked like AAflak or canister rounds..those Germans out of AP ammo again?
~~~Okay dear, call me if need me, love and kisses from
Mom too!~~~

Jenny got a toothache...
after having to bite down on an 88mm round.
One 152 crew bailed and nailed as they ran back towards Russia! And another suppressed after an arty barrage that came a callin'.
Not a bad start for someone who is so afraid...wouldn't you say? so Jenny you just let the 152's keep rolling...I have some more lead I'd like to send their way.

A taunt....
A German soldier sits in his Ht...three captured (and now empty....ahhh!) vodka bottles hang from three of his fingers. He moves his fingers slightly and the bottles click and rattle, each time they get louder...until the noise fills the nearby woods...then comes the bad singing of:
"Jenny.....come out....and play."
"Jeennnnny....come out...and ppppllllaaaayyyyy."
"Jeeeennnnnny coooommme oooutttt anndddd Pppplllaaaayyyy."
Ok...so it's a rip off from the sappy movie "the warriors"
:p but I just had to wonder where Jenny was yesterday? No posts or turn for Orzel to look at...did you not get my turn? Or are you wondering what to do with some dented armor and frayed nerves of those Ivan's you were sending my way?
A fearless Orzel awaits.
click rattle clang rattle click...."Jennnnny.....come out and Play."

Jenny likes 152's I gather...
from the number I'm seeing deployed so far. Maybe I should be worried somewhat? Naahhh.
152's are big, and ugly...and they may pack a punch...but those punches are few unless you have ammo trucks nearby to re-fill them every five turns.
Jenny seems to like the flanking attacks...as that is where most of the armor seems to be approaching from. This Ivan commander must be directing his troops right out of a manual.
Well...two down...and what did you say were left Jess....er, um I mean Jenny....60-something? That many kills will get a lot of my men the Iron Cross first class!
Hope you can sneak in one more turn...you've got mine now.

Still waiting....
...to see what I'm supposed to look up at.
So what am I going to witness? Sticks of airborne troops with you as well?
Or have you found a way to drop JSU-152's from aircraft? If so I'll deploy my forces with ladders, so your dazed crews can easily climb out of the 15 foot deep impact craters when they surrender to my laughing infantrymen.
Ok...guess I'll just sit here and wait some more.
