Destruction of facilities

Hi- In AE, is there some way to destroy production facilities, ports, etc? I know about clicking a facility's repair button to off, but is there anything else you can do?

You can't destroy your own facilities. Oil, resources, etc can be damaged at the moment of capture is dependent on the number of your engineers presernt in the hex at the time od capture and some kind of X factor.
