Freeze after new PC with Vista. Arrrggg

I change my computer to P2.4 to Dual core e5200 intel VISTA.

I am having AE freeze after first 1day turn run and during ordering phase, just around when first music score ends, I see my mouse turning into running status, and see the freeze,
after freeze and sound stop, it is impossible for me to play this game.
I tried all the patches.

I just can't play. I am thinking about taking back my old xp PC from my wife...which is very bad idea.

I have up loaded the save, dxdiag. I need help.
