Possible bug?

Commanding Luftwaffles in BTR 43 campaign, during days 7 and 8 the 8th sent 3 and 4 groups of bombers to Bremen. In first attack 1 group bombed, the next day two. On first day the last group turned back, being heavily attacked(radar estimation was only 75 bombers, sent everything I had against it), on the 2nd now two groups didnt bomb thanks to cloud cover, and of these the other turned south and attacked a railyard some 60 miles away.

However, during both days, it seemed like it was the groups that hadnt bombed their main targets or bombed at all that turned back to the targets(!) once they reached what was probably their outbound waypoint 3... And turned yet again back home once they got to inital point(I think, it could have been that they just ran out of fuel); I recognized it a bug, the boxes being red, and didnt attack them though flak got one Fortress. Guess boss wasnt too happy with how the strike went, or? [:)]

I'll see if that happens again, if it does, I'll save it and send here.

That's the "return" bug, a known problem, and it's damned frustrating.  It was addressed last fall and is much toned down in patch v1.02.  I understand that work continues on fixing the problem.

Dunno, whatever is the latest one gets with the updater that comes with the game. Played some 15-ish days of BoB campaign with 1.0 without that happening, though.
