Air Group with training mission don't train pilots after installing patch 03 beta

[kampfgruppe]

I set training mission to many air groups at rear area, the percentage is 50 or above. when I used patch 02, the training mission worked well. but after installing patch 03 beta, most air groups didn't train pilots. the pilots' fatigue of whole group was 0 or low, and the skill which trained increase little. Is there something wrong?

Do you have a save to attach?

[kampfgruppe]

Here is the save file. I play as Japan. Notice the air groups at Yokohama/Yokosuka,Ominato,Kiamusze and Mutankiang. In contrast, the air group at Tokyo operated normally.
