Some doc on 1.024 new modding features ?

Hi
The changelist for 1.024 talks about new "mod support" and directs to ... this forum for help, but I can't find any !
As the patch will be released soon, will we get some doc on how to properly integrate mods ? (I hope it's like in say SE4 where it was nicely done ...).
