How to modify your signature

Somebody asked how to modify your signature to put those fancy moving pictures in it so I thought I'd share the answer with all you guys in case somebody else wanted to know also. Google "animated GIF" so you can find a bunch of free animated pictures to download. There's thousands of them.

just change the filename by clipping off the ".txt" from the end.

I don't like that one... sometimes embarrassing memories of "For the Alert Force, for the Alert Force, klaxon, klaxon, klaxon" *grin?*

Some of you may be asking: Yeah, that's great but what if you don't have any file server that gives direct links, or what if you can't afford to buy space on a file server? Just post your picture on the forum like the post above and then refer to the address supplied by the forum. Voila. Just click the edit button on your post to find out what the address is.

You can also make your own moving pictures using GIFanimator.
