overrun squadrons

Eagle Day to Bombing of the Reich is a improved and enhanced edition of Talonsoft's older Battle of Britain and Bombing the Reich. This updated version represents the best simulation of the air war over Britain and the strategic bombing campaign over Europe that has ever been made.

What happens to german squadrons that are overrun, in italy, for example. Are they gone for good? or do they return? If yes, when? and where?
Bougainville, November 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9. It rained today.

look in your campaign summery, under Luft 2, they should be on delay (assuming your talking about the landing in Italy)

(it may take a day or two for them t show up (think it is the day after the get overran)

so yea, they should be coming back

the two main ones you have to worry about is, the landing in Italy (by the time the other breakouts happen here, they is not much close to the front line)

the other is when Normady breaks, anything behind the line, close to the beachhead is also going to get overran (but again, most players don't keep too much, too close to the front line in France, there are going to be a lot of planes in the Beachhead area towards the end)
