Player designed Scenario Question

I am considerably far along in designing a scenario that I want to send to my opponent for review, which is designated scenario 27. I have been unable to find or determine which file or files I need to send to him so he can review. I have reviewed the SCEN folder and found files:

AEI027
CAM027
SCN027.CMT
WPS027

Can anyone let me know what I need to send / what mechanics I am missing?

Everything ending in 027 from the SCEN folder.
