Minor bugs and typographical mistakes

1. Options and preferences screen, Port Moresby is spelt Port Morseby.

2. P39-D 'Airacobra' appears twice on the aircraft replacement screen. So, a. typo b. why twice?

3. I have a game in March 1943, where I have 3065 A20-B Havocs in my pool. Save game available on request.

2. One entry is for the US replacement pool, the other is for the Australian replacement pool. You'll see the same thing with the P-40, though it's distinguished as the Warhawk vs. the Kittyhawk.
