Incorrect Locations In UK BoB

Warrington, Widnes, Speke and Chester targets are incorrect in their placement. In the game they are placed well north of their proper locations.

Some incorrect location examples are:

432 Warrington Electric 221,408
581 Warrington Chemical 230, 412
633 Widnes Oil 232, 416
835 Vickers Chester 222,433
710 Dunlop Speke 210, 427
