hi i have a unhandled exception when i launch DT

This is caused by regional settings in Windows. As a temporary fix, set your language to US English (in Control Panel > Regional Settings) and everything should run fine.

This issue will be fixed in the next patch - you'll be able to play with your normal regional setting after the next patch.
