Retrofit Not working

I used the upgrade option on one of my custom designs, and when I retrofitted my Cruiser it seems to have defaulted to the starter cruiser. I verified the Giraxon designs and the Firepower is over 300 and the size is 324.

However as you can see in the screenshot the Firepower reported is 28, and size 316.

UPDATE-Just noticed that it retrofitted to Giraxon I not IX. Is this a bug or I selected wrong design? If I remember correctly it only gave me one option. Now I can't retrofit, looks like I have to scrap the cruiser and build a fresh one.

This is a bug that sometimes shows up when using the Upgrade button: the new design may not show up in the Retrofit pop-up menu, even if they are the latest design for that role.

This bug has been fixed in the upcoming patch.
