How do install Russian Steel

I unzipped it to my campaign folder but I don't see the option show up on the menu? Does this go in the Scenerios folder?

Campaigns do go into the Campaign folder. Check to see if there is a "nested" Russian Steel folder in your main campaign folder. If so, transfer all files from the nested folder (or folders) into the main folder.
Retreat is NOT an option.
