Why are my screen shots different from others?

Why are my screen shots different from others?

I am curious. When I take screen shots, I do not have my mouse cursor and the "Pause is ON" writing on the screen. I am glad I don't have this, but I noticed others have them on. So why is I don't have them while others do? I just hope this dosn't go away with the next patch I put on.

Yes my game is paused. Most times I always pause my game to take screenshots.

Maybe they use fraps or a similar application to take screenshots?
