Distances within Expansion Planner

Is this suppose to always be the distance from your homeworld? I think, when an available colony ship is selected, the distance should show the distance from the ship to the potential colony

Same with constructors when looking at planets for resources

Pretty sure it's distance from your nearest starbase.
