[1.0.3 public beta] Torpedos not shown in design if bombarding weapons available

like the title says. If a bombarding weapon like nuclear devastators are available, torpedos like the epsilon torpedo are not shown in the list. You have to uncheck 'Only show latest components' to view and add them.

Are you shure this is a bug? Didn't this happen in previoius versions? I remember if I want older tech I have to click unclick on "only show lateest components". Remeber the nuclear devastators is the latest technology in that field. So that is why you don't see torpedos. It is the way the tech game is played. We have to learn it their way, we can't play it like other games.

This may be the case, but torpedoes should be shown, even if the bombarding weapons are the latest technology. They have different purposes. Life Support and Hab Modules are in the same area of research and we don't have to uncheck 'only latest components' to select the newest tech.

Thought we'd fixed this, but looks like there's still a hole here.

If your latest torpedo component is a normal torpedo weapon then this works ok - both your latest normal torpedo and your latest bombard torpedo will show up. But if your latest component is a bombard torpedo weapon then only that will display.

We'll add a fix for this.
