I have a question

I sent a support ticket in a week ago about a problem with CC:TLD. So far no luck getting a solution to the problem.

"I reformatted my hard drive not long ago and wanted to play this game again. When I started the setup, windows 7 had a problem and shut the window down. Restarted the setup and after it finish tried to start the game from the icon then it pops up with the 'serial number error' with error code: 2."

I went and uninstalled (after waiting a few days after placing the support ticket) the game believing that maybe the downloaded zip had a problem. I remembered that also i bought the CD backup box with the three disks. When I place the first disk in the drive it just spins and spins never boots up and windows 7 cannot even find it in the drive. So after trying to get the disk to work for around an hour I gave up.

Anyone have any ideas why this game doesn't want to work?

When the disk spins and spins ... I find it can take many minutes and many people cancel the install before it gets going.


You say you have installed this game successfully previously?

Yes, When I first bought the game it successfully installed and had no problems. I bought the game back in 13th of AUG 2009.
