always stuck on US cc7 campaign and no solution ?

Hi, so far i asked for a solution for my campaign on CC7 where i am stuck with a technical issue , i am surprised to not have an answer .Is the problem cannot be resolved and i must erase this campaign and go for new one , but can i be sure to not have the same error message ? it is the first Matrix game i have without a solution ....

And now something completely different ! when a revisited CC2 "a bridge so far" ??? Please !
