Kudos to whoever did the art!

Experience the full depth and detail of large turn-based strategy games, but with the simplicity and ease of real-time, and on the scale of a massively-multiplayer online game. Now greatly enhanced with the new Universe release, which includes all four previous releases as well as the new Universe expansion!

Kudos to whoever did the art!

Just had to make this thread, since I thoroughly enjoy so much of it (the art that is). Every single planet and moon is beautiful, and the ship designs look like this quirky, organic mix that gets me thinking of pixel art, sci-fi manga/anime designs and a bunch of older sci fi series. The devastation moon is probably my favorite and would not look out of place in a Super Nintendo game from the 90s! I don't know how much thought went into the art design, but IMO, it just fits together so nicely.

Yeah, I thought the same thing! But, the game is also giving kudos to older 4x games like Master of Orion 2 IMO

I like the art too. In fact i think the actual presentation (well maybe the GUI could be a bit more organic) of the game is the most it currently has to offer. So "kudos" from me also

Though i'd love to see further development concerning lasers, and other (special) effects!
