Bug: Odd garrison creation issue

Hey Marshall,

I had mentioned this garrison creation bug in a previous thread somewhere on the forums, but I now have an AI game where I can consistently create it. I'm France besieging Berlin in 05. I move one of my corps (the III) from Berlin towards Posen and Warsaw, with the intention of creating garrisons in each. When I move the corps to Posen and attempt to create the garrison by clicking the Detach button, nothing happens. Then when I select the corps again, the garrison appears, but is zero factors and cannot be added to. I reloaded the save a few times to see if restarting the game might correct this issue, but I could recreate the issue each time.
