1.0.4.4 ice asteroid ruin

I have a ruin on an ice asteroid. a bit hard to colonize that. it is found in the agamar system.
I do not have a superman complex; for I am God, not Superman.

Taltamir, I think you can get the exploration/bonus with exploration without colonization. However, some bonuses apply to colonies only. In that case it would be a bug.

I am aware... i already got the exploration bonus. But I cannot colonize it, and its a really nice one (+100% to industrial research for owner)...

I have seen a bug report of it in an earlier version, eliot confirmed it to be a bug and said it will be fixed. I am just confirming that it is still there in 1.0.4.4 and submitting a savefile with one.
