Manual still available?

Post by stodge »

Is the manual still available anywhere for Pacific War? I checked several links in various topics but all are dead. Thanks

It is getting tough to find the docs on any site - send me a private message and I can email them in zip format.

Be aware that there is also a "data card" (more like a pamphlet) which was included with the original boxed game. The values for aircraft in the card are now useless, since the game has been updated numerous times. However, there were also a number of extra rules not included in the original manual, such as bonus victory points for capturing Japanese cities. A text file of the data card is on this forum at:
fb.asp?m=2347532&key=data%2Ccard
Civil war? What does that mean? Is there any foreign war? Isn't every war fought between men, between brothers?

This is the original so changes made by Matrix will not be there.
Also plane stats are completely changed from the original.
