Reorganized Units

I have read through the instructions, and (obviously) I am missing something very simple and will look stupid.

On the OMA screen, there is a box for reorganized units (I do not have my game screen open now, so that may be a misquote). I have not been able to figure out how to get units from the reorganized units box to the map. When I try to drag units from the reorganized units box to other OMA's, they won't go.

What am I doing that is wrong?

Don't think you have to drag them to other OMAs (you can only do that if the other OMA is lit up green)... just place the reorganized unit in a re-entry hex.

See Pix below. I just lost a Gds Rifle Regiment to the cursed Axis Scum I'm going to use re-entry hex (blue)... could also use OMA 1 or OMA 2... would lose a turn as the re-organized regiment moved from OMA 12 to OMA 1 or 2.
