Anyone seen a worse leader than the guy at the top?

Lets just say that he didn't make the cut for new commander of CA Australia ... [:D]

I guess some xAK captain survived the sinking of his ship and is now knocking on the Admiralties door to get a new job.

I was thinking that if I was made into a leader in the game then my stats would just about match.

That's Dechaineaux's stats. Although I can't imagine why it costs 4 points for Waters when the rest are 3 each.
