Victory Box Question

During the game, if you left click on one of your sides major powers names in the show victory screen another box pops up displaying various information about that major power (Industry, Losses, Morale effects). On the final victory screen this box is obscured by the first box which cannot be moved. Can this be fixed?

Never mind, figured it out... it only happens on an older computer that I play on sometimes not on my home pc or laptop.
