Performance issues [SOLVED]

Finialy i got all my performance problems solved. I have AMD X2 64-bit 5000+ and 2GB RAM now working on 32-bit Win 7. I had major performance problems on Win Xp and on Win7 32-bit and 64-bit. So what did i done? ... ... Tadam!

I overcloked my processor from 2,6 GHz to 3,0 GHz and now my performance issues are gone.

I don't know by I think that game defs telling me that it is "3rd party aplication is interfering with DW" is just a lie. Game is just poorly optimized for some hardware configurations witch is strange. Game run just fine on the same non overcloked processor with 1GB RAM on WinXp.
