German K98 data error

Isn't the bulk of the German infantry armed with the K98? Would this have a serious impact on their effectiveness? Can I blame my performance on this? [;)]

I believe for the Ardennes the StG 44 was already in widespread use.

Cool, thanks. I might just fix it myself in the meantime because, when I checked last night, at least some of my troops in that damn Manhay scenario were carrying the K98.
