Map Mod Question

Why are the terrain hexes in the classic .png all oversized by about 3-4 pixels?
They do not sit evenly under the hex grid overlay.

oh, and I'm hoping that any future patches DON'T alter the .pngs too much.
Having just fixed up above issue.

There were some problems when they were sized exactly as they should be (or even 1px oversize) and view was zoomed out.

There are no plans for changing skins (both units and map) file structure, unless you guys have some suggestions.

Odd, this didn't happen in TOW.
Any ideas why? is this related to a .csv file?
Is it rectifiable?
-I'm only asking this, as pixel accuracy is more noticeable on classic rather than normal map modes.

Bleck,
I do not get this error, I've just modded the terrain.png by underlaying the TOW equivalent.
I think the SOP terrain.png may have some terrain hexes a few pixels out of sync....
will check further...

Here is psd file with accurate hex masks with 0px, 1px, 2px and 3px oversize.
