1.0.4.9. Game speed button bug

Settings: I started game with 100 stars 11 empires, and set full auto and speed 4x. After about 15 minutes I quit to the main menu and start a game with 1400 stars 11 empires.

Bug: time factor is reset to 1x but the acceleration key is still rendered unavailable.

Workaround: I press the decceleration button once and get 0.5x after what the acceleration button resets and becomes available.

Summary: please check if the button status is reset in situations like starting a new game or something. I did not try to reproduce it or try other things like loading a game, but I think this info is enough for you to know what to do - it is about flags reset on game termination and renewal.
