Another Editor Question

I was looking at the editor and realize that I cannot find a way to scroll the map when it is larger than the window. I was one of the ones who reported in an earlier post that I had no names in the taps on the editor. Wondering if I am missing something else not displaying properly in the editor.

Anyway, how do you scroll the map? Thanks
