"Not Available"

When I start the game I get a black screen with a dialog box with the words "Not Available"

Fresh install didn't fix it and neither did applying the latest (beta) patch
changing to 16 bit color didn't help
Changing screen resolution didn't help either

Using windows XP btw.

Problem solved
 
I forgot I had to enable driectdraw again :)
