Boot Camp Is Missing

I recently purchased and loaded Close Combat The Longest Day. The tab "Boot Camp" is greyed out and cannot be accessed. How do I do the tutorial?

You need to access bootcamp through the MAIN grand campaign (The Longest Day) NOT classic CC5. If you try this and are still having problems please post back here.
