GxBO error (1.0.5.8)

I would offer a saved game, but I haven't been playing long enough for the auto save :( My games never make it past a save or two before they start crashing. I normally never even get an error, but I did this time. Here it is......

Details of the error are below:

Error Code: GxBO

One thing I have noticed is that the game seems to be still active during the auto 'saving' process.

I clicked on a button just after the save started and it crashed. I don't know if the save worked or not.

What game settings are you using?

Which settings are you referring to exactly? Graphic and sound? If so, I tend to lower all sounds and graphics options to minimum.

I just got a similar error message in 1.0.5.8. This is late game, I rarely get crashes early at the game. Things were slowing down quite a bit at this stage. I wasn't doing anything particular at the time of the crash, but just moments prior the game almost hang when I ordered 50 ships to be produced in a massive shipyard, and they all came out at once. [:)]

I have a save game but it's 20 minutes prior to crash and I'm not sure if it even reproduces.

Thanks for those reports. This has been fixed in the next version.
