Again, finding the Desolation Moon...

By count, I have now found the desolation moon 3 times on my current map. I gather then that this item is not intended as a unique occurrence.

I thought there were exactly 2 per map (in a 1000 stars galaxy)? Or are you plaing 1400?

1400 star map. At the time, I'd only explored half the map, but by now I have sensors covering 95% of the stars... looks like 3 is the limit, unless someone salvaged one but hasn't opted to war with me yet.

(I'm playing through a fairly easy scenario to sort out some of the mechanics).
