Is this forum dead ?

This revised and updated turn-based grand strategy game from the team at AGEOD brings players back to World War I, including both the Eastern and Western fronts and over 4 campaigns and 10 scenarios. As either a member of the Central Powers, the Entente or a neutral nation, players will confront the epic gauntlet of military and political challenges that faced the likes of Kitchener, Joffre, Luddendorf, Clemenceau, Czar Nicholas II or Enver Pasha.

It's a pity... Should I move to AGEOD forum ?

No-it's not dead. It is a little slow right now. There have been multiple new games released recently which grab some attention.

I suspect that activity will increase around here when some multiplayer matches get started.

I check this forum every day. Indeed there's a little activity, rather than a couple of AAR and some technical support requests...

I would go to the ageod forum....though a dead forum doesn't mean a dead game....there probably isn't really to much to discuss about the game...and what is discussed is over at Ageod.

My favourite wargame full stop.

This too is my favorite grand strategy game. It is only getting better with each patch, not just bug fixes, but with additional stuff. As players become more familiar with the game there will be more requests for changes and additions. It seems that the developer will still be here to listen.

I see no reason why one cannot use both forums on a regular basis-I do. Between both forums you will get a good view of current questions, problems and comments. Ageod does have several more important threads than this forum, such as the "Help Improve WW1" thread. It does appear that Calvinus checks the tech forum here also.

What will really perk this forum up is some multi-player activity. I don't think that is very far off in the future. I have nearly completed a little project to help players get into WW1 MP gaming. It has taken a few weeks of sorting through some befuddling information on many different websites. I will be uploading the guide within days', if not sooner.

I will eventually help to get this forum going again, but it might be awhile. I bought WWI Gold a couple of weeks ago, but right now all my gaming time is being spent in beta testing Brother Against Brother.

There is far too little free time for gaming in my life compared to the number of excellent titles that demand my attention. I suppose that's better than the opposite, though. [:)]
