Question about Base files

Looking through the morale and experience lines in Base files for AxesTeams...

I know that the German Army was tired after the retreit from Normandy, but come on guys! Morale for Tiger I values Morale 1 and experience 3!?

All SS units has very low values for morale and maybe they were not experienced but they fought well didnt they?

Hey Mats, If you haven't already, it might be best for you to read Steve's explanation of the data changes. They're quite a bit different than they've been in the past and with good reason.
