Can the pirate factions please take their ships from a special pirate family folder that we can add ships to rather than use the ships from family 0 to 8.

Infact, is there any chance of expanding the modding possibilities of the game so we can add more ship graphics etc etc.

Unfortunately, the feedback from Elliot and Erik has not been promising in terms of modding. I can only assume that they would like to improve core gameplay and fix more bugs before spending their time with this.

I remember Erik saying once that the next official patch would have more options for modding, but that was a while ago now...

I guess we just have to be patient.
