About LCUs and TOEs

Ok, I'm messing with land warfare in a PBEM ( hi, Seydlitz [:'(]), and a couple of question come to my mind:

a) I've a LCE (whatever) which, from the beggining has MORE troops that its TOE says.

ie: a Batallion of TOE of 20 inf. squads and 20 support has now 25 inf. squads, 6 AA guns, some tanks and so.

Currently there is NO upgrade of TOE available. The question is: If I set replacements ON, will it low its currently TOE to match the "standard" TOE ?


b) I've read about LCU disband. What bases are the ones where I can disband LCUs, and, What LCUs can I disband ?

I mean:I Know perm.restricted LCUs can not be disbanded, but where can I get a detailed list of requirements, or the list of LCUs which can be and can not be disbanded?

TOE determines the level that replacements go to. If you have more than TOE you will keep more than TOE till the excess gets killed off and then you will only replace to the TOE level.
