Battle Screen Lockup

I've got what I think might be a new lock-up issue.

I was starting a battle where the fleets were close enough to each other that I was allowed to set up my fleets. (Why oh why can't I do this every time!!!)

Anyway, I accidentily hit the escape key before starting the battle and my game was mostly locked. I say mostly because I could still scroll around the screen but I couldn't click the start button! I could click other buttons and move my fleets around (it was VERY choppy, as in it would only paint the screen twice a second at best) but I couldn't actually start the battle. I had to end the process with program manager.
