can't upload images to this forum?

I've tried to add a new AAR to the AAR section of this forum and upon trying to upload an image I got an "error" message that "required fields are missing" or something like that. Trying to upload an image to *this* post gave me the same error. Is this forum broke?
I read somewhere that humans eat more bananas than monkeys and I believe it's true because I don't remember the last time I ate a monkey.
