Adding more governments to other races

hey guys, quick question is it possible to allow other races acces to other governments like hive mind? trying to get it to work with my Mass effect mod and have no luck

i don't think so, this is on the modders wishlist though [;)]

Usually things added to the wishlist get put into the game unless they're ridiculous :P  I can see this happening soon though.
