Tooltip background color (BETA 3.4)

Is there a config setting for the tooltip background color, font family, and/or transparency? I find that the green clashes with the rest of the UI. I'd like to set it to a neutral gray with san serif and less transparency. This would make it easier to read the text, too, IMO.

There is an Opart 3 Fonts.Ini file in the main directory that has all those options, and more. Alpha is the transparency.

Sorry about the green, I'd been using Yellow up until recently, and suddenly realized how ugly that was, and scrambled to find something less jarring.

I'm not sure where that file is documented, but please post if you have any questions and I'll try to answer them.
