New Prussia needed for Leeward Ho

We need a new Prussia for Leeward_Ho. Austria and Prussia are at war with France, Austria is at war with Russia and Turkey, Prussia is at war with Britain and Russia, so it's a tricky situation, however the combined Austrian + Prussian army is the largest on the board.
