Covers

I always only buy the digital version and then make my own covers for the cd copy I burn of the file downloaded.
I thought some of you may do the same and would like to have a cover for it, the one I made is for those plastic "envelopes".
It's a word doc and you just have to print it, you may modify it at your will. The pictures where taken from the first and last manual pages.
