Multiplayer?

Does the game come with a matching service for games? Or must you find your own opponent?

Field of Glory works nicely to match up folks for games.

Works just like FoG.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty & well preserved body,
but rather to skid in broadside, totally worn out & proclaiming "WOW, what a ride!"

Is there a problem getting a game or can you find one more or less immediately?

Pretty easy, and generally someone will take up the gauntlet, but it's no fun playing the allies. Since they fixed Tigers and Panthers to a more realistic level, you have to be a clever rabbit to knock out a King Tiger, especially playing human opponents.

I played the Axis in the single scenario against the AI, and only lost one anti-tank gun. I lost no armor.

I really like the game.

A lot of games are set up up with password protection but put an unlocked one up yourself and it'll quickly get accepted.

Show-off [;)] - which scenario was it? Did you try a return playing as the Allies?
