Looking for an Allied opponent

Hey guys, I'm newly registered but I've been playing the game on and off for the last 6 months or so, including a couple of PBEM games (one of which has fizzled out due to my opponent not having enough free time).

Despite this I could still be reasonably called a beginner, and I'm looking to get a new PBEM game started, preferrably one of the smaller scenarios before I move on to a GC.

I can manage a turn a day (sometimes 2 or more, sometimes none, depending on my university commitments) and don't have a particular preference as to game rules and settings.
