I ran Update.exe in the root directory on the LV CD directly from Windows Explorer to add MCLV to my 7.1 installation.

Hope this helps.

Good call Seagull, the button in the autrun menu is looking for the wrong file(last minute prodcution error). Look in the root directory of the CD-ROM for a the file upgrade.exe or update.exe( I can never remember which) and run that. It will import LV into your existing version of SPWAW. Make sure you install the LV patches after installing LV.

Installing LV isn't going to give VikingNo2 any trouble with his current PBEMs, is it? I'd hate to have the game end early since I'm currently kicking his ***. ;)

By the way, VikingNo2, LV is awesome. You'll really enjoy it.

It shouldn't but after LV is imported successfully, he should check the dates on the OOB files in the MatrixGames\SPWAW directory and make sure they are at least dated 3/24/02 or 3/25/02 these were the updated OOB's that were released with 7.1. If they are any earlier than that, say late last year 11/xx/01-12/xx/01 then LV imported old OOB's and he'll just have to update them back. We'll wait and see.

The Battle is young, and if there wasn't a Sandstorm there would be burning Serman's all over the desert ;)

I retract all of my comments about kicking your *** (after last nights performance by my men).

Well the men did what I told them but those Stugs are really quite tough... I may have to replace myself as commander.
