Poland forces

I notice when the kingdom of Poland is declared, it starts with all its forces. Is this the way it is meant to happen? Does this happen to other kingdoms?

I noted several discrepancies between the EiA/EiH OOBs and the game's default setups when I prepared my custom scenario using the editor.  For example, Bavaria starts with all its forces and maybe shouldn't?  This is a good topic for discussion.

Once Marshall completes the classic map and classic OOB, perhaps we can scrutinize the default setups and make official updates.  Else, there's always the editor...

It only happens with Poland, to me experience We construed it was a bug.

According to the EIA minor countries chart, Poland should start with no forces in an 1805 game. The mistake that causes Poland to have forces is that it is treated like other minor nations with starting forces but since there cannot be a DOW of war when you create Poland all the forces are available. For example Bavaria when DOW by a power starts with 11I and 2C. If someone DOWs Bavaria then conquers it all remaining forces disappear and do not return if Bavaria is later declared a free state. However, if Bavaria is awarded to a country by the ally process or because war lapses then these forces remain. Poland is wrongly treated as the second case(ally/war lapse) but should really start with 0 0 forces.

The simple fix is to change Poland to a 0Infantry and 0Cav in the editor.

Nope. Not the OE, at least. Should not happen.

Mardonius is right neither OE or Poland should start with any forces. OE doesn't start with forces but Poland wrongly does. This is the problem.

Sounds like the base scenario should be fixed. I'll post it to Mantis.

In the meantime, does anyone know how to remove forces that already placed? Can you remove garrisons?
